My name is Kasia, your guide here, and I help women feel strong in themselves and lit up from within.
I’m a sensitive soul at heart but with a bold and adventurous streak! I also sing and generally love to express myself through beauty and art. And I’m a spiritual guide and astrologer in training.
In my work, I gently weave together astrology, somatics, the divine feminine mysteries, transpersonal perspectives, creative expression and more – holding space for women to know, understand, care for, express, love and champion themselves. This is a space to come back home to your true authentic Self or soul essence.

With the world in the state that it is, so many women find themselves feeling disconnected – from their bodies, their truth, their voice, their beauty and their inner sense of power. I know this because I was one of them.
I spent much of my younger years not knowing who I was: suppressing many core parts of my essence, out of touch with my needs and struggling immensely as a result. My self-esteem was at rock bottom. My blocks and traumas from the past were running the show. And my rich inner world remained largely unexpressed. Overall, I was carrying a great deal of pain, completely on the wrong path, feeling lost, uninspired and unfulfilled.
It was only when I turned inwards that things began to shift. Towards the end of my 20s, and with the help of the right teachers and healers who serendipitously appeared in my life, something in me cracked open and I embarked on a deep process of inner work. I began to retrieve my lost parts, release what was keeping me stuck, and I awakened to the spiritual dimensions of life that had been there in the background all along. Slowly but surely, my soul began to heal, and, over time, I rediscovered my passions, my fire, my joy, my strength, my worth and so much more. In other words, I rediscovered and fell in love with my true authentic Self.
This long and challenging journey continues to unfold (because it never truly ends!), but grounded enough in myself now, I feel deeply called to support women on a similar path, sharing with them the wisdom that has been so profoundly meaningful to me.
